DIN8 E


The DIN8E tensiometer is a instrument with a bending load cell suitable to measure the tension on metallic rope even if under force. For this purpose the instrument has a special acme screw jack to force the tensiometer on the cable.
The tensiometer is designed to be connected by wire to a portable digital display.
The DIN8 E is available in three sizing in order to cover a large wide of capacities from 500 to 12000 kg.
The DIN8 E is particularly suitable for construction sites in harsh conditions.

The instrument can be ordered with adapters to be used on ropes with different diameters.

DIN8 A


Description

Electronic portable tensiometer  designed to measure the tension on cable and transmission belts.
The measurement is carry out deforming, by a manual pressure, the belt in middle position and measuring the consequent reaction force.
The tensiometer has a staff with two calibrated thickness sized in order to guarantee a correct belt deformation respect the setting of the instrument.
The DIN8A is supplied with the staff sized for a particular range of belts and distance between pulleys; if required the tensiometer can be supplied with a set of staffs to measure a large wide of different transmissions.
The tension of the belt is displayed directly on a digital unit wired to the tensiometer.
